RSS submission is also one of the most effective and easiest way of link building, submitting to high pr rss directories can boost your rank but there’s a negative effect if you over do it. Remember Google hates unnatural way of getting backlinks.

My fault, I got excited with the rss tools i donwloaded from internet, lesson learned .
